The 19-year-old shows some daring cleavage in a cut-out Yigal Azrouël dress and rocks wind-blown hair on the mellow yellow cover.

The ‘Skyscraper‘ singer opens up to the magazine about being diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

“I felt relieved when I found out. Like I’m not completely crazy; there’s a medical reason for all of it… It’s a daily thing; you don’t get time off from it. And if I feel myself slipping back into old patterns, I have to ask others for help, which is hard for me to learn, because I really like doing everything on my own”, Demi explains to Cosmopolitan.

“I thought I was going to lose everything when I checked myself into treatment. I didn’t know if I would have a career at all when I came home. So it really hit me — I hadn’t been grateful. In that sense, I can honestly say I’m glad I hit rock bottom when I did. Most people don’t have those moments. I see a lot of young people in this industry who feel entitled because they haven’t hit rock bottom yet. I feel blessed when I get an opportunity now”, Demi explains to Latina.
