The ‘Just Give Me a Reason’ songbird explains to the magazine why she uses the word ‘slut’ a lot.
“Oh, yeah. I’m a reformed slut… It’s my very unsophisticated way of taking the power back. I’ve always had an issue with [the idea that]: ‘OK, we’ve both decided to do this. Why am I a slut and you’re the player? You didn’t get anything from me that I didn’t get from you’”, Pink points out to Glamour.

With just a month to go before Baz Luhrmann’s ‘The Great Gatsby‘ hits theaters, Australian screen siren Isla Fisher garners some exposure for the big screen adaptation of the 1925 F. Scott Fitzgerald classic by covering the April issue of C California Style magazine.
Lensed by David Cameron, the 37-year-old actress looks ravishing in a blue sequined Monique Lhuillier dress.
Isla opens up to the magazine about her marriage to controversial comedian Sacha Baron Cohen.
“It’s definitely not a normal relationship. You know there have been times in the past with the guerrilla style film making of Borat and Bruno where there were surreal conversations: ‘How many people are suing us? Are you wanted in any states? Are you alive?’”, Isla tells C.

The Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) handed out their picks for top cinematic excellence this season on Thursday night (10 January), at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. Following his Oscar snub in the morning, actor-turned-director Ben Affleck took top honours at the 18th Critics’ Choice Awards, scooping ‘Best Director’ for his efforts on ‘Argo‘, and ultimately ‘Best Picture’ for the Iranian hostage-crisis thriller. Other winners included Daniel Day Lewis (Best Actor), Jessica Chastain ( Best Actress), Philip Seymour Hoffman (Best Supporting Actor) and Anne Hathaway (Best Supporting Actress).

The crème de la crème of Tinseltown came out in huge numbers last night (15 January), in celebration of the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California. The Oscar race for ‘Best Actress’ got interesting and more intense on the night, with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) awarding Michelle Williams ‘Best Actress Musical/Comedy’ and Meryl Streep ‘Best Actress Drama’. The two lovely ladies were of course bested by ‘The Help‘ star Viola Davis at the Critics Choice Awards a few days ago. However, if there is one thing the HFPA and Broadcast Film Critics Association agree on is that George Clooney, Octavia Spencer and ‘The Artist‘ should win ‘Best Actor’, ‘Best Supporting Actress’ and ‘Best Picture’ respectively.
