“It was brutal; it’s not for everyone. I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it”, Jessica tells The Edit.

First Look: Lady Gaga As La Chameleón In Machete Kills

Pop-art extraordinaire Lady Gaga is renowned for her elaborate theatricals, flamboyant outfits and even making an uncredited pre-fame cameo in Emmy-winning television series ‘The
Sopranos’ in 2001. Now the 26-year-old songstress will once and for all get to prove her acting skills, as she is set to make her acting debut in Robert Rodriguez’s action exploitation film ‘Machete Kills’ — the sequence to the 2010 ‘Machete’.

A sexy teaser poster for the movie, set to hit theaters in 2013, sees Gaga in character as La Chameleón. The ‘Born This Way‘ singer dons a strapless bodysuit and thigh-high stockings, while cuddling a white wolf-headed fur stole and holding a smoking gun.
