The 23-year-old actress opens up to the magazine on recovering from her eating disorder.

“I’m so unbelievably lucky that I’m not like that anymore because it is a horrible way of life and it’s miserable. It consumes everything you think about and you can’t pursue things you want to do… I used to spend so many wasted days being depressed and feeling gross….I learned you have to be happy. People who are the happiest are the most beautiful”, Lucy shares with Seventeen.

‘Pretty Little Liars‘ sweetheart Lucy Hale strikes a pose on the cover of the December/January issue of Nylon magazine.

The 23-year-old actress shares with the magazine the journey of making her upcoming freshman album.

“It’s absolutely terrifying. You only get one album. You only get one single. You get one shot in music. But I have a million different dreams. Why can’t I go out and try to achieve them all? Who are you to say I can’t?”, Lucy points out to Nylon.

The 23-year-old actress reveals details of her upcoming album in the magazine.

“I signed a deal with Hollywood Records a couple months ago, so we’re writing and recording. It’s just exciting for me to get back into music, because that’s really what I wanted to do. It’s very fun, and I’m really lucky with the people that I’m working with. We hope to have it out later next year, depending on my schedule and how everything works out”, Lucy shares with Prestige.

The 23-year-old chats to the magazine about being a fan favourite to play Anastasia Steele in the film adaptation of ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey‘.

“I’m definitely a huge fan of the books. Obviously I’d be thrilled to be a part of it, but I think it’s in the very beginning stages of it all”, Lucy tells Haute Muse.

“I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating. Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem… It was a gradual process but I changed myself”, the 23-year-old tells Cosmo.
