“He has been Tom Cruise for 30 years… I know who I am and where I am and where I want to go, so I want to focus on that… I definitely feel much more comfortable in my own skin. I feel sexier. I think in my twenties -– it’s like you’re trying too hard to figure everything out…I’m starting to come into my own. It’s like a new phase”, Katie points out to ELLE.

I thought Adam Shankman did a great job directing the movie, so I arranged to meet him and said, ‘Where’s our musical?’ He came back and said, ‘Rock of Ages’ We went and saw it in L.A., and for me…I didn’t know how to play the character like that. I had to find my own Stacee Jaxx”, Cruise explains to W.
