After countless features, Hollywood’s most sought-after twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen finally snatch their first US Vogue cover, with the magazine’s special edition annual Best Dressed issue.
The 25-year-old sisters look completely edgy on the Craig McDean-shot December cover, with lace masks over their beautiful faces and Ashley donning a design from the duo’s label The Row. US Vogue has had some amazing covers this year, and they continue on their winning streak with their year-end issue.
Despite the Olsen twins’ controversial homeless meet heroin addict look or maybe simply put boho-grudge chic, the pair makes Vogue’s 2011 Best Dressed list, which this year spotlights ‘dynamic duos’ such as Beyonce and Solange Knowles, Elle and Dakota Fanning as well as Kate and Pippa Middleton. According to coverlines India rock singer Florence Welch and ‘Twilight’ star Kristen Stewart will also make a cameo.
Singer Justin Timberlake looks dapper on the cover of the December issue of UK Esquire magazine.
The ‘In Time’ star reveals exclusively to the magazine his huge crush on Pippa Middleton — who’s huge derriere has generated just as much buzz as her sister Kate’s Alexander McQueen royal wedding dress.
“Us American males are big fans of Pippa. We like the Middletons very much. I’m going to sound like a sleazeball. I’m going to stop right there!”, the 30-year-old actor tells Esquire.

Pop Princess Britney Spears strikes an awkwardly lifeless pose on the cover of the October issue of UK Glamour magazine.
The 29-year-old still looks beautiful with her curly blonde locks and in a Matthew Williamson longsleeve sequin and feather dress.
Britney talks to the magazine about the possibility of Prince William and Kate Middleton catching one of her concerts during her UK tour:
“That would be amazing. That would be really crazy and cool. I think they’re a beautiful couple. Unfortunately I didn’t get to watch the wedding but I heard it was beautiful”, Britney tells Glamour
The ‘I Wanna Go’ singer does however brighten up in her editorial, giving us the sexy, sultry and seductive Brit we all love and adore. Check it out below:
Exactly 14 years after Diane, Princess of Wales, graced the cover of Vanity Fair, her eldest son Prince William accompanied by beautiful wife Kate Middleton cover the July issue of the magazine, honouring the royal family.
The newlywed Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are captured in a never-before-seen engagement portrait taken at St James’ Palace, in November last year, by famed celebrity photographer Mario Testino — who also lensed Princess Diane for the magazine back in July 1997. While the two look lovely and jolly as well as refreshingly relaxed, two words really sum-up the cover — AWFULLY BORING.
It was the fashion industry’s big Oscar night at the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala held in New York City last night. The star-studded event marked the opening of the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Exhibition. The red carpet was a fashion frenzy, with stars such as Sarah Jessica Parker playing homage to the late designer, while others such as Rihanna and Diane Kruger opted for bold cuts and stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Kristen Stewart went for bright colours. Here is all the fashion at the 2011 Met Gala:
After dazzling us earlier with her lace and ivory satin McQueen wedding gown, it seems like Kate Middleton isn’t going to stop there. The Duchess of Cambridge opted for yet another gorgeous Sarah Burton ivory satin dress for the evening reception.
The simply elegant strapless white circle skirt dress, has silver diamante embroidery at the waist. The 29-year-old paired the dress with a white angora bolero cardigan.
Sister Pippa Middleton, who looked just as breath-taking during the wedding ceremony, looked beautiful in an emerald green floor-length gown with diamante detailing on the waist and shoulders for the evening reception. Also Sported was Camilla Parker Bowles in a blue dress with a print.
She’s a charismatic and poised commoner, and he is a charming young prince. Together the newly Duke of Cambridge and Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge managed to revive the British monarchy with their lavish wedding. All hailed McQueen as the stunning Kate Middleton stepped out on the vintage Rolls Royce Phantom VI in an ivory gown by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. The look was complete with a Cartier “Halo” Tiara, originally made and worn by Queen Mary and custom-made earrings by Robinson Pelham as well as a wedding band by Wartski. Here is the picture perfect wedding of the decade:
Ever since it was announced late last year that Lady Gaga will grace the cover of American Vogue, we’ve all had visions of how the cover will look. Well, wonder no more because the first image of the singer on the cover of the world’s most influential fashion magazine has leaked online.
Although the first photo appears to be quite blurry, Gaga sure as hell looks smoking. The iconic fashionista is sporting a hot pink bob and wearing a very low-drapped creme dress on the cover of the magazine’s March issue. Gaga is seen with both her hands positioned at her waist, giving her a very elegant hourglass shape, very high-fashion.
The dress Gaga is wearing was made by Belgian designer Haider Ackermann, the man Karl Langerfeld has hinted could be the next designer of Chanel.
It is reported that the photo was taken by legendary celebrity fashion photographer Mario Testino in November of last year. Prior, Testino’s famous other subjects include the late Princess Diane, supermodel Kate Moss and queen of pop Madonna. Testino recently made headlines when he photographed the engagement photos of Prince William And Kate Middleton.
Also spotted on the cover is the title of Gaga’s forthcoming album “Born This Way” cited for a May release.
“Born This Way” is also the title of the first single to be taken off of Gaga’s sophomore album. The single drop on 13 February, coincidentally enough, which is also on Grammy night. Gaga will reportedly appear on the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” the following day.
According to MTV News a rep for Vogue has confirmed that the leaked cover is indeed legit and the official cover will be released next week.
