Tilda Swinton Does High Fashion For W

Androgynous Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton takes her unique and eccentric beauty to the cover of the May issue of W magazine.

The 52-year-old ageless beauty talks unconventional beauty with the magazine.

“Being beautiful was never really something I associated with people I knew —certainly not girls. Boys, maybe. Horses, yes, and certainly my great-grandmother Elsie Swinton, whose imperial grandeur was like a watermark”, Tilda tells W.

For her dramatic and high-fashion editorial, styled by Jacob K and photographed by noted Tim Walker, the ‘Only Lovers Left Alive‘ star dons avant-garde designs from Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Rick Owens, Louis Vuitton, Vera Wang, Maison Martin Margiela, Azzedine Alaia, Balmain, Acne, Prada, Celine, Armani, Rochas, Max Mara, Mary Katrantzou, Francesco Scognamiglio, Haider Ackermann, Ann Demeulemeester and Givenchy.

Madonna And Her Muse Cover Harper’s Bazaar

Queen of pop Madonna and her directorial venture muse Andrea Riseborough cover the December/January issue of US Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

Lensed by Tom Munro, the ‘Give Me All Your Love’ singer is seen in a friendly embrace with the star of her new movie ‘W.E.’, wrapping her protective arm over the 30-year-old raven-haired actress’ shoulders.

The 53-year-old talks to the magazine about her age always being the focus of everything she does.

“I find whenever someone writes anything about me, my age is right after my name. It’s almost like they’re saying, ‘Here she is, but remember she’s this age, so she’s not that relevant anymore.’ Or ‘Let’s punish her by reminding her and everyone else.’ When you put someone’s age down, you’re limiting them”, Madge points out to Bazaar.

Checkout the rest of Madonna and Andrea’s black and white on the set inspired editorial with the magazine below, styled by Arianne Phillips:
