THR Most Powerful Stylist: Zoe Saldana And Petra Flannery

Award season has just ended, so it’s only fitting that The Hollywood Reporter has just released its third Annual Stylist Issue, profiling and ranking 25 of the season’s most powerful tastemakers.

THR honours the edition with four separate covers, one of which features ‘Blood Ties’ actress Zoe Saldana and her stylist Petra Flannery. Petra, who also styles Mila Kunis, Claire Danes, Megan Fox, Emma Stone and Faith Hill; is ranked as the #2 Most Powerful Stylist of the year by the magazine.

Vanity Fair: Ben Affleck, Emma Stone And Bradley Cooper In Bed

‘Argo‘ director/star Ben Affleck, ‘Gangster Squad‘ sweetheart Emma Stone and ‘Silver Linings Playbook‘ heartthrob Bradley Cooper cover the March 19th Annual Hollywood Issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

Affleck and Cooper, clad in a bear suit and a gorilla costume, respectively, snuggle the 24-year-old actress on the Bruce Weber-shot cover. The Special Collector Edition comes in a gatefold format, with ‘Her’ beauty Olivia Wilde, ‘Beasts Of the Southern Wild’ cutie Quvenzhané Wallis, ‘Les Miserables‘ hottie Eddie Redmayne, ‘Django Unchained‘ star Kerry Washington and Tai the elephant — renowned for her stint in ‘Water for Elephants‘ — appearing on the gatefold, as seen below.

A blonde-haired Emma Stone sports au naturel hair, makeup and styling on the cover of the February Movie Issue of W magazine.

The 24-year-old starlet flaunts some sexy skin in a black Marc Jacobs strapless bra and matching leather jacket.

Emma talks to the magazine about whether she finds it hard not to be funny, even in serious films.

“In real life, sometimes it’s uncomfortable for me not to go for the joke. I’ve been looking at that in myself lately. Often, joking for me is a way of diffusing the awkwardness of a situation, so it’s kind of exhilarating to be a part of projects where there’s nothing funny or lighthearted”, Emma explains to W.

For her editorial, lensed by Juergen Teller, the ‘Gangster Squad‘ actress shows off her muted beauty in creations from Alexander McQueen, Balmain and Calvin Klein.

A grabbing close-up shot of a fresh-faced Taylor Swift adorns the cover of the December/January issue of US Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

Lensed by Paola Kudacki, the 22-year-old songbird reveals to the magazine what she talks about when she’s with girlfriends Emma Stone and Selena Gomez.

“We never talk about fashion, about career, about our ambitions or our projects. We just talk about relationships, feelings, love, and boys”, Taylor points out to Bazaar.

For her les pantalons-themed editorial, the ‘Begin Again‘ models tailored and sleek pieces from Louis Vuitton, Pierre Hardy, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Reed Krakoff, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Armani, Stella McCartney and Alexander Wang.

It has been an incredible year for Emma Stone, the ‘Gangster Squad‘ starlet scored two major Vogue covers and now she earns the top honour of gracing the cover of US Vogue’s 2012 Special Edition ‘Best-Dressed’ Issue.

The 24-year-old actress is all smiles on the Mario Testino-shot cover, looking chic with wispy bangs and a printed Proenza Schouler dress. Other big names making Vogue’s Best-Dressed list this year include, Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Kate Upton, Kristen Stewart, Rooney Mara, Solange Knowles, Azealia Banks, Jennifer Lawrence, Lana Del Rey and Zoe Saldana.

Emma Stone Goes Gangster For Interview

Over the weekend we got a peek of Emma Stone‘s vampy cover for the September issue of US Interview magazine (Checkout the cover here). For her Mikael Jansson-shot editorial, the 23-year-old actress makes a fashionable transformation into a femme fatale to an all-male gangster clan.

The ‘Gangster Squad‘ starlet chats to the magazine about frequent collaborator Ryan Gosling.

“I’ve asked him to read a couple of scripts. I just really like hearing his viewpoint because I know that it’s never going to be tainted. He’s very much his own person. It has really just been scripts so far, because I only met him two years ago when we did Crazy, Stupid, Love, but it was like meeting a member of your team or something. I really like his brain”, Emma explains to Interview.

Emma Stone graces the futuristic orange cover of the September issue of US Interview magazine.

Lensed by Mikael Jansson, the 23-year-old actress looks quite supernatural, with a divine cat eyeliner, fierce Chanel collar, mystical gaze and her hair pulled away from her face.

Emma was suppose to be promoting ‘Gangster Squad’, which was originally scheduled for a September release date, but in the wake of the recent Aurora shooting, the crime film was bumped to a January release date.

Andrew Garfield And Emma Stone Take Romance To Teen Vogue

Real-life couple Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield garner some promo for their upcoming film ‘The Amazing Spider-Man‘, by fronting the cover of the August issue of Teen Vogue magazine.

Shot by lensman Josh Olins, a blonde-haired Emma looks beautiful in a Louis Vuitton dress, with boyfriend Andrew donning a Carven Jacket, with a Calvin Klein tie.

Andrew discusses with the magazine his man crush on actor Ryan Gosling.

“I think I’m more attracted to Ryan Gosling than any woman could ever be. [Emma laughs] I think about him so often. I’m not joking! I have a proper man crush. Years ago, we did a screen test together, and he was just so inspiring. He reminded me of what I imagined Pacino and De Niro were like back in the day, that kind of truthful, visceral, lived-in acting. I was like, That’s what I want to follow.”, the 28-year-old actor shares with Teen Vogue.

Meanwhile, 23-year-old Emma explains her ever-changing hair colour to the magazine.

“I have liked being blonde lately because I was blonde when I was little. So whatever I’m going through is easier because I look in the mirror and I look like I did when I was a kid”, Emma points out.
