
Curvaceous fiery-haired beauty Christina Hendricks keeps it simple in white on the cover of the June/July issue of Lucky magazine.
The ‘Mad Men‘ star points out to the magazine what she thought her life would be, before her acting career took off.
“I just thought I would work in a hair salon and do community… There were so many actors, why do we need one more?”, Christina tells Lucky.

Christina tells the magazine how playing Joan Holloway on ‘Mad Men’ has changed her life.
“It’s completely changed my career. Instead of people wondering who you are, you walk in and they say, ‘I love your show’. It’s a nice way to start an audition”, Christina points out to Glamour.

The 36-year-old actress channels a water nymph on the Kurt Iswarienko-shot cover, coming out of the sea in a longsleeve velvety brown dress and her signature auburn hair given funky waves, with a deep side-part.
Christina shares with the magazine about being a comfortable naked person.
“I’m a very comfortable naked person. Not in front of other people, but at home and in front of my husband, I feel good not wearing clothes”, Christina tells Blackbook.

The 65th annual British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) — the British equivalent of the Oscars — took place tonight (12 February) at the Royal Opera House in the UK. ‘Beginners‘ actor Christopher Plummer, ‘The Help‘ actress Octavia Spencer as well as silent film ‘The Artist‘ continued on their winning streak this award season, in their respective categories.
