Colombian megastar Shakira lands the cover of the July issue of US ELLE magazine.

Rocking wild wavy blonde hair, the 36-year-old singer strikes a tall pose for the camera lens of Carter Smith, in Diane von Furstenberg shorts, paired with a Versace top.

‘The Voice‘ mentor talks to the magazine about her experience as a new mother.

“I’m still trying to figure it out. And I have a feeling I will try to do the same for the rest of my life. Some people put it like it’s very idyllic, some people put it like it’s a torturing experience, but it’s not quite one thing or the other. It’s like life – it comes with everything”, Shakira explains to ELLE.

For her editorial, styled by Joe Zee, Shakira looks sultry in a Ralph Lauren dress, in the first shot, and an Anthony Vaccarello dress, in the other.
