Michelle Obama All-Smiles For Vogue

The First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama lands her second US Vogue cover, for the month of April.

Sporting her trademark power bangs, the 49-year-old is all smiles, as she sits pretty in a Reed Krakoff dress on the Annie Leibovitz-shot cover.

Michelle discusses with the magazine her relationship with fashion.

“I always say that women should wear whatever makes them feel good about themselves. That’s what I always try to do… I also believe that if you’re comfortable in your clothes it’s easy
to connect with people and make them feel comfortable as well. In every interaction that I have with people, I always want to show them my most authentic self”, Michelle points out to Vogue.

For her editorial, taken at the White House, Michelle is joined by President Barack Obama. She also wears a Michael Kors sweater and ball skirt.

Anne Hathaway Goes Les Misérables For Vogue

Recent ‘Saturday Night Live‘ guest-host Anne Hathaway channels her ‘Les Miserables‘ heroine character Fantine on the cover of the December issue of US Vogue magazine.

Photographed by Annie Leibovitz, the 30-year-old actress, with her chic pixie cut, looks pretty in a strapless emerald green Vera Wang gown, matching the garden background.

Anne shares with the magazine on how much she loves her short hairdo.

“I love the short-haired lifestyle. It’s awesome that I was able to go for a hike right before I came here to meet you, quickly wash my hair, and now it’s dry… But I’m turning 30, and — I hope this isn’t obnoxious to say — I feel prettier, and much more myself. I guess I just feel much more satisfied with less now”, Anne explains to Vogue.

For her single editorial, taken in the field and styled by Tonne Goodman, Anne wears a Ralph Lauren gold embroidered vest, blouse and pants. She also dons a Valentino velvet couture gown.

The group editorial, features the ensemble cast of the Tom Hooper-directed film, in character and styled in 19th century-inspired costumes by Paco Delgado.

Rihanna: Predator At Large For Vogue

Over the weekend, we got a peek of pixie-haired Rihanna heating up the cover of the November issue of US Vogue magazine (Checkout the cover here). Now take a look at the ‘Diamonds‘ songbird’s edgy and moody editorial, taken on location by Annie Leibovitz. Styled by Camilla Nickerson, Rihanna channels a fierce and sexy predator in standout designs by Valentino, Dior, Michael Kors, Rosamosario, Revillon and Marc Jacobs.

Here are some of the highlights from the 24-year-old singer’s interview with the magazine:

On being single and not dating:

“I have not been on a date in forever Like two years. Haven’t gone to the movies, to dinner. Zero. I would love to go on a date, You don’t think that? I’m a woman. A young woman, vibrant, and I love to have fun. And I have too many vaginas around me at this point”.

On the type of guy she wants:

“Seriously, all I want is a guy to take me out and make me laugh for a good hour and take my ass back home. He doesn’t even have to come up. All I want is a conversation for an hour. No one asks. Trust me on that. I’m waiting for the man who’s ballsy enough to deal with me. I’m going to wait, though. You always find the wrong shit when you go looking”.

On the world’s obsession with her relationship with Chris Brown:

“To the world, I feel like there’s no closure. There’s some obsession that’s continued even throughout when we weren’t friends or couldn’t be friends at all. Hated each other. The world hasn’t let go. They haven’t seen any progress in our friendship, because they don’t see anything, really, besides the song”.

On the controversial ‘Birthday Cake’ remix with Chris Brown:

“I didn’t think it could be anything detrimental to my career. I was on a tour bus ride between two cities, listening to my album, thinking, Oooh, maybe I should make this into a duet. And I started coming up with a bunch of people, and his name crossed my mind. I thought, we haven’t made a song in so long together . . . it could be a little shocking”.

Daniel Craig Goes James Bond For Vanity Fair

Daniel Craig is all James Bond on the cover of the November issue of US Vanity Fair magazine.

In true 007 style, the 44-year-old British actor, with his icy blue eyes, suits up for the lens of Annie Leibovitz, with a naked female figure serving as the background.

The ‘Skyfall‘ hottie talks to the magazine about the lack of privacy as a public figure today as compared to 40 years ago.

“You talk to people in the movie business who have been doing this 40 years and they all say the difference is that, back in the day, you could go and have a drink in the bar, get drunk, fall over, have a good time, relax, whatever, and no one would know about it. But now everyone’s got a camera… So you can’t live a normal life anymore. Because it will become public knowledge that you’ve whatever — gotten drunk in a bar or skinny-dipped on a beach or something. Things that normal people do occasionally. And in a way that’s kind of — I’ve got to be high-class”, Daniel explains to Vanity Fair.
