Florence Welch Goes Androgynous For Vogue

22 Aug

Move over September, we have ourselves the first October magazine cover and it’s a huge one. British Indie Rock singer Florence Welch looks totally unrecognizable on the cover of the October ‘Music Issue’ of Vogue Japan.

The flame-haired singer looks very androgynous as she strikes a chic pose in a colourful Ralph Lauren ensemble for the lens of uncle Karl Lagerfeld. Judging by that pompadour hairdo and the styling, the is no doubt that Flo is channeling Le Roux lead female vocalist Elly Jackson.

This is the first non-model cover for the magazine in more than five years.
